The meeting was called to order at 10:20 A.M.

Roll call indicated that property manager Ted Miller Jr. and Attorney Mike Wise were in attendance as well as the following lot owners: # 4, 19, and 24. No proxies were tendered. There was not quorum present and the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
