CHATEAU HEIGHTS COUNCIL OF CO-OWNERS, INC.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Location: McAllen Public Library

Date: Saturday, January 28th, 2012

Time: 11:00 A.M.

The meeting was called to order at 11:20 A.M. by property manager Ted Miller Jr.

Roll call indicated that the attorney homeowner representative Adriana Salazar and property manager Ted Miller Jr. were in attendance as well as board members Lydia Leo, Roger Moreno, Sonia Escobedo and Gloria Sepulveda. There was a quorum present and the meeting commenced.

The first order of business was an election of officers. Upon motion, second and unanimous vote the following slate of officers was elected:

Roger Moreno – President

Lydia Leo – Vice President

Gloria Sepulveda – Secretary

Sonia Escobedo – Treasurer

Ms. Salazar made a request to allow decorative tiles be installed in shadow boxes on either side of the entry doorway to unit # 20. She produced samples and an explaination of the work. Upon motion, second and unanimous vote the request was approved.

No other business was discussed.

Meeting adjourned at 11:40 A.M.
