NORTH CHATEAU HEIGHTS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

Board of Directors

Date: Tuesday, June 22, 2009

 

The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M.

 

Roll call indicated that property manager Ted Miller Jr. was in attendance as well as the following Board Members: Oscar Ballesteros, and Patsy Vela. There was a quorum present and the meeting was begun.

 

Proof of notice of meeting was presented by Ted Miller Jr.

 

The minutes of the meeting of February 01, 2009 were read. There were no additions or corrections and the minutes were approved by unanimous vote.

 

The financial reports were reviewed as well as collections. Upon motion, second and unanimous vote the financial reports were approved. Additionally it was agreed by unanimous vote to appoint Ted Miller Jr., Miguel Wise or Bernice Lindsey to serve as an agent, trustee, or attorney of the Association to exercise the power of sale granted by law on behalf of the association to foreclose its lien on the following described property: Lot 3 North Chateau Heights Subdivision, McAllen, Hidalgo County, Texas. Resolutions to that fact were endorsed by the President and Secretary.

 

The insurance proposal was reviewed and upon motion, second and unanimous vote Mr. Miller was directed to purchase the insurance.

 

There was discussion concerning maintenance and landscaping issues with no action taken.

 

The unauthorized usage of the pool was discussed. Upon motion, second and unanimous vote it was agreed to reimburse the Chateau Heights Homeowners for ½ of the cost of a security guard to patrol the pool area.

 

By  Unanimous vote the Board appointed Jose A. Martinez to serve on the board for a three year term. He was additionally elected to serve as Vice-President.

 

There was no other action taken.
